II. Function - Mission:
Longan Department of Construction is a specialized agency of the Longan People's Committee, which has the function of advising and assisting the Longan People's Committee in implementing state management functions in the areas: the planning of construction and architecture; construction investment activities; urban development; the technical infrastructure of industrial and urban, economic zones, high-tech zones (including: water supply, sewerage and industrial economic zones, high-tech zones; conventional solid waste management in municipalities, industry, economic zones, hi-tech, manufacturing building materials; lighting; the Park, green municipality; manage the cemetery, except the martyr cemetery; the transportation infrastructure of the town, not including the management of the extraction, use of infrastructure maintenance, urban traffic; underground urban construction management; Managing General use technical infrastructure in the municipality); home stay; public office; the real estate market; building materials; the public services in the field management of the Department; perform other tasks and powers as assigned, authorized by the Longan People's Committee under the compliance with the provisions of law.
